SBAA HOMETOWN HEROES’ PARTNERSHIP

The Shreveport Bossier Apartment Association is proud to launch the SBAA HOMETOWN HEROES’ Partnership, our tribute to the dedicated officers of Shreveport and Bossier City.  We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that supports our dedicated heroes in their mission to ensure the safety and well-being of our communities.

Our mission is to provide a welcoming and accessible space for all our police officers to utilize while out serving our community.   Police officers will have access to the many SBAA member multifamily leasing offices located throughout the community while out on patrol.  Comforting resources such bottled water, coffee, free Wi-Fi, and clean restroom facilities will be available to all police officers at each location. 

We are dedicated to working together to create a supportive and responsive environment that acknowledges the vital role law enforcement plays in our community.  By offering these amenities, we aim to demonstrate our unwavering commitment to the men and women who selflessly serve and protect Shreveport / Bossier City.  The SBAA Hometown Heroes Partnership is our way of showing our support for our local police officers by them having access to these many locations while they carry out their duties protecting our community.    

SBAA members will prominently display the SBAA HOMETOWN HEROES’ Partnership logo in their leasing/management offices entries to let all police officers know they are welcomed.  Police officers can come to get a cold bottled water during the heat of the summer, hot coffee in the cold days of winter, use the Wi-Fi, or knowing they have access to clean restroom facilities throughout Shreveport / Bossier City while out on patrol.  For easy identification, a map highlighting all SBAA member properties will be provided to the police departments so officers will be able to identify the member properties in the areas they patrol.

This partnership seeks to enhance our police officers’ experiences in the community by providing them a source of comfort while on duty, recognizing the importance of their well-being, and our commitment to each of the men and women who tirelessly serve our communities.

CALL TO ACTION

We invite all SBAA member apartment communities to participate in this initiative by displaying the First Responders Partnership decal at your leasing office. This decal will serve as a clear marker to let first responders know that the facilities at your location are available to them.
